Early Life

Gita Manishi Shri Gyananand Ji was born on 14th May 1955, a day marked by the divine birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. From childhood, he displayed a bright intellect, deep curiosity, and a natural inclination towards spirituality. His early years were filled with devotion, discipline, and an ever-growing attraction towards the deeper meaning of life.

Education & Early Career

Excelling in academics, he completed his higher education in Political Science with distinction. Like many young achievers, he secured a respected government position. Yet, an inner calling continuously urged him to seek deeper truths — questions about life, the soul, peace, and purpose.

Standing at the threshold of a promising career, he chose instead to follow the silent voice of the divine — a decision that would shape the destiny of countless lives.

Spiritual Quest & Transformation

Leaving behind his job and worldly comforts, Gita Manishi Ji embarked on a sacred journey in search of eternal truth. Under the guidance of revered masters, he immersed himself in rigorous meditation, scriptural study, and deep contemplation.

He spent several years in quiet ashrams and solitary retreats, reflecting upon the profound teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. These years shaped him into a true spiritual luminary — a guide capable of illuminating the path for millions.

Shri Krishna Kripa Sewa Samiti (1992)

With a vision to serve society through spiritual empowerment, compassion, and meditation, he established the Sri Krishna Kripa Sewa Samiti in 1992. The organization soon became a source of inspiration, guiding people towards peace, clarity and self-transformation.

GIEO GITA – A Global Gita Movement (2015)

In 2015, he launched GIEO GITA, a worldwide initiative aimed at making the message of the Bhagavad Gita accessible, practical, and relevant for the modern world.

Today, GIEO GITA stands as a global movement, inspiring youth, guiding seekers, and nurturing values of peace, purpose, and righteous action.
